Psychotherapy is primarily a talk-based therapy and is intended to help improve and maintain your mental health and well-being.
In session we'll give space to look at your unique needs and goals where thoughts and feelings are explored with my therapeutic support and at your own pace. Together we'll build on sessions over time while cultivating tools, strategies and solutions that feel right to you as we go.
Free Consultation Call
It can be hard to know if you'll connect with a therapist but that connection is very important in order to reap the benefits of therapy! I offer a free 15 min phone consultation where you can ask questions and get a sense of how I can support you.
Please note, this is not an opportunity to engage in the therapeutic process. You may share your presenting concerns however I cannot offer therapy before you sign my consent form which occurs at our first full session.
